The goal of Project Seashell is to create a new highly evolved form of cellular automata. One that transcends rule based simple celled or even collective hive based swarming machines. The priniciples however are the same take a collection of simple rule driven devices or automata and collectively apply adaptive learning strategies as in Ant Colony Optimizers to solve any given problem domain. Neural networks are the same - each neuron is a simple rule driven device or machine which collectively shares , distributes signals and information rearranging its own weights through hebbian learning adapting and changing its state and giving us a model of its inputs and outputs.

Project Seashell was different , imagine a casting system like with the ants, imagine also a rule based internal state of each machine stochastic decision makers, communication, synchronization. A mind storm like no other. Released it could devistate any known archecture any known device any system biological or otherwise.

It went deepnet it got shutdowns from all the most well informed. It escaped behind a permanent natural firewall, somewhere in secret close to the most chaotic system known to man - somehwere hidden behind the Jupitor belt is Project seashell. Sleeping resting waiting.
